Paragliding in Pokhara
There are many companies that operate paragliding trips. Book one of your trips one day prior to the company and they will drive you to the top of Sarangkot (1592 m). It will take about 30 minutes to reach the take-off spot from the Lakeside.
After a small briefing about the safety and do’s and don’ts, you will take-off from the hill. The entire flight will be for about 20 to 30 minutes over the beautiful Pokhara valley. During the flight, you will get a stunning view of Fewa Lake, Pokhara valley itself, and the massif Annapurna mountain ranges. Paragliding in Kathmandu
It will take you about 30 – 45 minutes from Thamel to reach your paragliding spot which is at the top of the hill above the Godavari at about 2000 m height. Your pilot will prepare you for the take-off after gearing up and briefing about safety. It will be about 20 to 30 minutes of flight above the valley.
